Your call. Thousands and million things are running through my head now. Friendship PMS Temptations I can't, i wouldn't, i'm trying, sighs. I can't help feeling that all friendship ties between my former schoolmates and I are chopped. I don't see them anymore now. No text msgs, phone calls, msns, conversations. NADA. ZILCH! Feels like i'm been neglected by my former or still BFF. Since you already know my link, and uve tagged. Why not read this? This one's for you, L. Coupla days back, a classmate of yours asked me. I'm sure you know her. "Why was L crying, she has really bad circles under her eyes, I did asked her.... And you answered, you didn't get enough sufficient hours of sleep. " You've gotta be bullshitting me. Insufficient hours of beauty sleep wouldn't kill you. Most definitely, no swollen eyes would emerge as per se. Dumbfounded, I didn't knew you cried. I was always, and always there to hear your problems. Now, it's like i don't know you anymore. Maybe to you, i seem to be so far. But rest assured, my dear. No distance can separate us, and u're most definitely not forgottten. At least, not to me. But now, it seems as though we're drifting apart. I can't help it, I tried making this friendship work. But you, you just didn't contribute in enough. With your HN educ, secret BF, strict parents blablabla.......... I understand all that, but can't once (just once!)in your friggin 18 years of living, could you ever maybe discuss with your parents about cutting you some slack? And if you're reading this, thinking i'm a complete ridicule. Lemme get this straight to you. Having not being in the same school, class, place, seats with you. It just kills me. I've went through with you all throughout your crucial or not stages of life. If i can make the effort to simply text you for a meet-up, why can't you? Meeting you up wherever, whenever. From Simei to Woodlands, From Simei to Bishan. No concerns at all for my travelling fees etc. And now, this Friday, you've asked whether i'll be attending the Teacher's Day Celebration @ Wdls Sec. And bcos you asked, i'm disheartened to even go. I don't know what's wrong with me. Things are just different, i can feel it. We're no longer talking about the same things. You're talking kids stuff, i'm talking office stuffs. Sighs. I've sacrificed, i've reached out to you. And now, it's up to you. Your call, I'm out. "Time & Distance are not important, Between you and me. When you're in my heart, you remain there forever. I may be so busy, but i assure you you're alwaysremembered," Labels: True friends. Mine went really well, maybe some boring bits here and there. But in general, it was maybe a lil' more than okay. LOL. So, Sunday. Just the 4 of us. Mum & us sibls. Went to Spotlight @ Plaza Singapura with intention to buy some fabric, of course. For our bedroom curtains. The fabric there were totally awesome! Such vivid colours, eccentric patterns, rich fabrics, beautiful designs. So, so beautiful. Well, to a teenagers' mind really. Or mine. LOL. While they are pretty fabric, they also came with much prettier price tags! Imagine, this desirable fabric of mine cost $12.95 per metre! OUTRAGEOUS OR WHAT? OMGGG. Anyhoos, my sibls & I had the greatest time trying on various party hats! :D More afterwards at Daiso @ Plaza Sing, as well :DDDD Tuesday, August 12, 2008
Weekends; what did i do? Yes, hi babies. Monday was a Holiday. Supposedly due to the N'Day? Or was it due to the ITE's Declaration Day? Hmm.... Oh heck! Idk. So, on the previous night, i slept around the wee hours of the day. 6.35 am or so. Yes, i do have irregular sleeping patterns. Blogged, friendsterhop, bloghop, multiplyhop. LOL. And, all thats related. To put a finishing touch, i watched this chick flick: ![]() Actually, this movie was produced back in USA 2006, but it was premiered in Singapore in 2008. A lil' too late, don't cha think? 'It's a Boy Girl Thing' uses the high school comedy structure as a basis to explore teenage insecurities, hopes and fears. Nell (the smart, cute girl) and Woody (the big dumb jock) are two teenage rivals who find themselves in each others bodies after arguing in front of an Aztec statue in a museum, which then transfers their souls as they sleep, causing them to awake in each other bodies. After trying to work things out but coming to no conclusion, both Nell and Woody, inside each others bodies, begin ruining each others lives. But after all this bickering, both of them soon discover that if they work together and help each other, a happy ending might turn out after all. - Written by Anonymous So, following the next day, woke up irritated around 9 am in the morning due to the thunderous contract works. It was super loud, very disturbing some more. After the noise subsides, i resumed back my precious sleep. Woke up again at 11 am plus, went to clean myself up. Then, Y called and asked if i wanna tag w him & family to JB. Needed to send his kain for tailoring. (This year, its lime green for us) So, i went along. No plans for the day. Window-shopped, shopped, ate @ Pizza Hut, more shopping stuffs. Dined at Pizza Hut @ Kotaraya, is it? Thai Seafood Pizza & Super Supreme. 6 Spicy drumlets. Mushroom Soups. Breadstix. Pepsi & refills. Very contented. Totally yummy-licious, btw. LOL. Chipped in (4 of us) to purchase a Winnie the Pooh baby hamper for Kak Nana. Yana, Haikel, Y, Myself. & Yana bought a China Phone which has really awesome functions. Mobile TV, 2 Megapixal Camera, 2 Sim Cards storage, Clear screen, Touchscreen(with the pen) And the greatest part, its only $SGD 180 only! Awesome or what? Okay, I wanna watch It's a Boy-Girl thing now. Yet again! Love! A friend of mine, Aliff, go interviewed b the SportsCenter. Coolshit to the maxima!

Hi all, my people. Coupla days has passed since i last updated. So, i must must recap. Thurs (07.08.08): Went to CE Bishan w Amal, Nisa, Qiela, Naq & Myself to buy us some uniforms. CE's uniform ain't so nice compared to theirs. So, there were 5 of us stepping foot into a foreign territory literally. Lol. Literally! The students there were looking at us, one kind. Macam fascinated, but not really. For sure, they'll be like, "What sia these 5 girls doing here? Lost uh?" Translated in malay, "Pe sia ni 5 pompuan buat kat sini? Sesat keper?" I dare bet sia. I know, it was totally obvious that we're not one of em. Our U's are so much different bla bla bla ......... Done with our U's purchases, Amal asked me along to help her shop for somethin' to wear on N'day @ Town. So, i readily obliged. I didn't have anything planned for afterwards anyways. From F21 to Warehouse to Dorothy Perkins to Pull and Bear. Alas, we couldn't find anything N'day-worthy. There were, but to no avail lah, no size etc. Moving on, we went to the 5th, 6th(?) shop. Hula&Co. Finally, finally! Both of us spotted something worthy of our attention. Mine was this greyish/blue tunic dress w pink & black nature abstract-ish design. Amal's was this spaghetti-strapped peach babydoll dress with this black vintage design on the skirt w a string of pearls as it's spaghetti strap. And after much delibration and reasonings, my choice was picked. Soon after, we went to Heeren to get us these double headbands/scarf. Inspired by the mags & Gracia, my classmate:) Suggested Amal to choose this silver-grey headband, while I on the other hand, chose a combo of cream/navy blue headband. Pretty sangat! Amal comtemplated to buy a pair of gladies & a brown handbag. But, due to the budget and our energy level, we decided to forgo the plans. Trained back. Home sweet home: 8.15 pm. Friday (08.08.08) : N'day celebrations. Such a fuckin' bore. So much for us being lucky amongt the other classes. Wasted for an auspicious day, date! Sat (09.08.08) : N'day was o-kay. Imagine getting all excited to see the fireworks, and to your dismay, that you're at the exact opposite from the the scene. Yes, please spare some time to imagine that. Frustrating, i know! Yes, admittedly very stupid on my part. Whatev-s let bygone be bygone. So, it was Kin, Wanee, Debe, Aini, Ajid & Me. Nadem & Khai was supposed to join us but they paitiao-ed! HMPF. As expected, the central town area were crowded to the maxima. The traffic congestions were really bad, jam-packed sia! But i guess, these things make N'day much more memorable rite? Yeah... It's not so bad, after all. ![]() Lotsa pixs snapped, girls gossiping session, chit-chats. Awesome. Chilled at Starbucks @ Raffle City SC. Tried out th Promo drink (Pomegranate Peach Frappe) instead of my regular caffeine dose Choc Cream Chip. Slightly sour, bitter-ish than expected but yummy nonetheless. All hail Starbucks. Shortly after, A Power 98 Fm DJ wanted to interview us on his talkshow if we went for this year's NDP, but we didn't. Missed out such a golden chance. Grr. Trained back, wanee sleptover over at our crib. I slept in ASAP while they decided to direct their own horror clip. LOL. Sunday (10.08.08): A mundane day. Brunch with Ajid, Fetch parents from Harbourfront Centre, Dinner at HF Foodcourt, trained back. Now, happily blogging. On second thoughts, scratch the happy part. ![]() Thursday, August 7, 2008
Unplanned events. Today was wonderful, really! Skipped S&W aka PE just bcos. Nah, Napha's over so not as important to attend anyways. Lunch, Long John @ Eastpoint. LLA supposedly started at 1.00, but we came in late by half an hour (?) Anyways, got to know from classmates, LLA ended really early today by 2 hours' just when we stepped foot into the amphitheatre. Shitty, right ?! So, the 9 of us decided to head down to E-Hub @ Downtown East to accompany Kin, Qiela, Wannie & Shiffa to collect their pay. Amal, suddenly, had the biggest desire to bowl. On the house, her treat. So, two alleys and a game of bowling for us. I scored the second lowest score amongst the 9 of us. LOL. Bowling's not my cup of thing, not my faute. *Tutop paisey per, R?* Next stop, on the Cadbury Ferris Wheel @ E-Hub. Supposedly, it would have costs us $4 per head, but we got in for free. Wannie talked the 2 malay guys in-charge into letting us all in for free, only for a short spin or two. They agreed. So, we occupied 2 carriages for ourselves. The guys let us ride on for 2 measly spins. Kental ah the ferris wheel. For childrens only. But we're just fascinated, so yeah. No harm done. Afterwhich, we accompanied the girls to collect their respective pay. Then, wannie managed to convinced yet another colleague of hers to let us in for the ice-skating @ Explorerkid. For free! Kekeke. I have the greatest time there, tho all of us had difficulty tying up our new "High-cut Vans" aka skating shoes. And, also balancing ourselves while wearing the skates. I actually did quite acceptable, really. Not bcos of natural ability/talent what-nots okay. Bcos i've went ice-skating a coupla times back in my early years. LOL. So, i've got some experience here and there. Y'all can call me Ice-skating baby (ISB) -.-" Y'know as in like water baby like that? Yeah... After all the excitement died down, we decided to head to Pasir Ris Park to chill out/wind down whatev-s. Chatted about lots, lots & lotsa subjects. So the kekek corner. LOL. And the best thing being, the events didn't burn a hole in my pocket. I didn't even fork out any cash. Maybe here and there for bubble tea and lunch. Oh, and speaking of which, i owe wannie 3 bucks plus for the fags. Must not forget! Make love. Labels: Unplanned. Rindu-mu, Rindu-ku. ![]() So random, but supposedly this bestfriend of mine chatted me up on MSN. Kinda didn't expect his reply to my superbly lame question. "Kau miss aku?" LAME LAH R, CB! Friggin touched by his answer. I MISS MISS MISS YOU ALOT TOO, SHAHRIL NADEM BIN ZAINOL! Do you know he was my former ex, as well? Back in 2004, sec 2. My first love, sighs. Not forgetting another musketeer as well, MD KHAIRI BIN SALLEH! My bestie, this lazy-ass. I love him to bits and pieces. They invited me to tag along with them on N'Day but i've already got plans with my GFs. Oh well! We'll never know what the future has in plan for us. Sigh. Sigh. Labels: God friends are the riches of s lifetime. Makan-makan time Saturday: Y & i went out to Lot 1, Cotton On. Got me a red blouse/gold pumps for N'day lah, kan. Really! LOL. Y bagged himself 2 polo tees, Grey & Royal Purple. Purple's not somethin he'll wear on a daily basis, he doesn't like purple. "Colour mamak ah, Rin," What a loss, right. I love Purple lei! Yeah, i actually convinced him to buy both colours. ![]() Sunday: Went to Mama's bday family banquet. I was invited as well. Part of family iye? LOL. Initially, they decided to held it at either Marina or Geylang. So, Y & i decided to met up at Tanjong Pagar. To find Mama's prezzie. With a twist of unexpected events, it's decided that we were gonna dine at Al Azhar's @ Bukit Timah. And Y & i had to trained all the way back from TP to BB, West mall. To meet up with Yana/Haikel. Bought a "The Greatest Mum" bear and we're off. The food there were so, so delish. Ordered the 5/6 pax package, but damn the quantity was huge that even 8 pax can't finish it.
![]() Mama sent me this msg, when i reached home later on. "Rerin and Ad, Thanks for the lovely bear. I like it and I'll display it at my office. I'll be very happy when I look at it. Love you guys forever!" Mama's awesome, FULLSTOP. Labels: Y is my bf, Yazid. |
