weekends. "Every girl wants her fairytale ending." Saturday was supposed to be a gathering for 'em gilrfriends. But the plans fell thru, wanee got sick, erma went MIA, debe was idk where, kin planned to meet her booked-out boyfriend & I ersonally couldn't care less. So, i decided the spend my saturday with Boyfriend. Initially, we both planned to catch Doomsday at AMK Hub cos I seriously got hooked on the trailer. Some sci-fi thriller? lols. Im not sure. And afterwards head out to town to look around for Boyfriend's younger sis, Yana belated birthday gift. But, things didn't worked out as planned cos I was suddenly very lazy to go out. Whatever. Anyway, in the end, Boyfriend & I planned a birthday suprise for her. Headed out to AMK Hub, bought a set of blingy necklace and earrings for her. And also, this really cute stainless steel frame which we printed out a photo of Yana & Mama to put in their bedroom. Points for my creativity!:) After that, headed out to Marsiling and bought a Tiramisu cake instead of the classic Chocolate cake. We couldn't find a decent one. Abg Mi & Kak Nana (Boyfriend's bro & sis-in-law) fetch us around that area and we headed back to Boyfriend's crib.The whole suprise took place during the second half of Man U vs Chelsea's match. Yana was pleasantly suprised, i guess she thought that I would have forgotten about her birthday. I so did not, girlfriend! ;)  Yana Bday Girl:)  Watching her whole expression during the whole surprise makes it totally worthwhile. Saturday was successful plus fruitful. I had a blast spending quality time with my loved ones, chey! And to top it off, Mama complimented me on my choice of cake which she thought was delish, the choices of the gifts. And for printing the picture of both of them together. Thoughful huh?:) Well sunday was just mundane. I shall not blog about it, hoho. Watch this space; |
